Kegiatan ini juga merupakan implementasi atas menang nya prodi manajemen pada hibah PKKM tahun 2023, dimana Prodi Manajemen sedang melakukan revitalisasi kurikulum berbasis OBE (Outcome Based Education) yang mengacu kepada Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI).

Narasumber yang di undang pada lokakarya ini adalah Bapak Dr. Ade Gunawan M.Si yang sudah sangat banyak sekali mendampingi kurikulum kurikulum di berberapa Universitas terkemuka di Indonesia.

Pada Lokakarya tersebut turut dihadiri oleh Dosen Senior Manajemen MSDM, Dosen Senior Manajemen Pemasaran, dosen pengembang Kurikulum dan para stakeholder baik dari beberapa dinas dan dari DUDI (Dunia Usaha Dunia Industri).

Pada lokakarya disampaikan bahwa yang terpenting dalam melakukan penyusunan kurikulum adalah menentukan profil lulusan dan tentunya diharapkan sesuai dengan visi misi universitas yang diturunkan menjadi visi misi fakultas dan visi misi prodi sendiri.

Kurikulum prodi manajemen sendiri, di  harapkan dapat memiliki daya saing internasional untuk mencapai Akreditasi Unggul di tahun 2025.
